Join Idan ("Pompi") Boushari, our guest star Israeli chef, to his journey combining his Mediterranean fusion cooking into the thrilling culinary tradition of Crete.
A journey for all your senses!

After his personal long life journey, which included drug addiction and a rehab process that let him back on track, he became a teacher for cooking, teaching high-risk youth. To complete his journey he dreamed of opening a restaurant that will employ those teens at risk, among the rest. His cooking style is seasonal middle eastern, telling a story of his special life journey.

Inspired by the unique gastronomy of Crete and the world-renowned local cuisine, our a la carte restaurant is designed to offer you an insight into the finest that the island has to offer. Age-old recipes revisited in a contemporary manner blend with hand-picked ingredients and herbs from the wild Cretan recipes, in a fusion that redefines contemporary dining. As for the view?
