We invite you to the new Friday treat in Tel Aviv, the rooftop brunch at the POLIHOUSE Hotel. The brunch is served in the bar area every Friday from 10am to 4pm, serving both healthy and indulging dishes by young chef Dima Schreibman, accompanied by creative cocktails by mixologist Assaf Etz.
