מלון לייטהאוס עוצב בסגנון ייחודי ועכשווי על ידי האדריכל נסטור סנדבנק ומלונות בראון, כגן אורבאני מכושף המנתק את האורח מהעיר הסואנת לטובת אינטימיות עתירת סגנון עם אלמנטים של מים ובריזה מהים. הוא ממוקם בחלק מקומותיו של "בית מגדלור", מגדל משרדים תל אביבי מוכר שנבנה בשנת 1972 על חורבותיו של קולנוע "מגדלור" ששכן במקום. בית מגדלור הוזנח במהלך השנים אך לאחרונה עובר תהליך התחדשות ושדרוג מתוך הכרה בחשיבותו ומרכזיותו בעיר בתכנון משרד "מושלין סימון", במסגרתו הוקם בו המלון שמחזיר לתחיה חלקים משמעותיים מהמבנה הישן: כך, שוכן הלובי המעוצב במשרדי חברת נסיעות שעזבה את המקום, מסעדת המלון ודק השיזוף שלו בחלל ששימוש בעבר כמועדון לילה, במרתף הבניין מוקם אולם אירועים וכנסים חדשני לצד מועדון בריאות וספא.

מיקום
