חמימות אורבאנית

מלון בראון ממוקם בבניין משרדים לשעבר ששימש כסניף בנק ועבר הסבה למלון בוטיק בשנת 2010. העיצוב הייחודי והמזוהה של המלון נוצר על ידי המעצב רובי ישראלי ומלונות בראון, בהשראת ימי הזוהר של שנות השבעים, בסגנון עיצובי חם ועשיר בפרטים, בגוונים חמים וכהים ובשילוב של פריטי ווינטאג' שנאספו במיוחד בשווקים בארץ ובעולם. את חווית השהות במלון מלווה פסקול של מוסיקת סול ומוטאון, האופייני לתקופה. על רקע רהיטי העץ בסגנון הסלון של סבתא, בולט בלובי הדפס בגובה 5 מטרים המציג את עמוד השער של המגזין פלייבוי משנת 1970, גליון שהוקדש בין היתר ל"בנות של ישראל", ולצידו ספריית המלון הייחודית של המלון שהפכה לסימן ההיכר של קולקציית בראון. כקונטרסט לאיפוק החמים של העיצוב, מוצגות במלון גם עבודותיו של אמן הרחוב התל אביבי פילפלד, המוכר בין היתר מסצינת חיי הלילה והמועדונים.
