The culinary experience at Villa Brown Jerusalem is closely connected to the spirit of the place and the rhythm of the city. Mornings begin with a thoughtfully prepared breakfast, served in a calm and intimate atmosphere. Fresh ingredients, local flavors and classic dishes with a Jerusalem touch come together in a menu designed to be enjoyed slowly and without rush.
Breakfast is served to the table and curated by chef Yishai Shofun, combining Israeli and Mediterranean influences. The menu includes a selection of meze, eggs prepared to order like French omelet with mushrooms and fresh herbs, baked potatoes, crème fraîche, traditional Turkish burekas and a refreshing Niçoise-style salad. Everything is served at an easy pace, with attention to detail, creating a refined yet relaxed start to the day.
Breakfast is served daily between 07:00–11:00.
Non-hotel guests are welcome to join for breakfast as well, Sunday through Friday, at 120 ILS per guest.
